Objective 4

 

Apply strategies for continuous self-evaluation including supervision and consultation, and feedback from peers and other sources for self development.

Rationale:   For this objective, I chose to use a supervisory agenda that I discussed in-depth with my field supervisor. The supervisory logs allow me to ask for guidance and assistance with projects for the week.  I also use this time to gain feedback on my performance with clients thus far for the week.
