Synthesize and integrate varied sources to inform decisions and create solutions and appropriate problem-sovling strategies congruent with the social work knowledge base.<br />Rationale: For this objective, I chose to use a progress recording thatI conducted withan adolescent Anger Management client during my senior intership. For this process, I listened to the concerns of the client and then offered insight on how the problems that were presented could be solved. I utilized many interviewing skills to determine my responses. Practice with an understanding of human rights and social justice by engaging in systematic social change to alleviate economic deprivation and oppression by applying change strategies to begin the process of achieving a just society in a global community.<br />Rationale: For this objective, I've posted an activity that I did in my Practice III class. This class was designed to each us how to plan and organize in the community. A requirement for the class was to hold a truth commission in Chattanooga, TN. A truth commission is a forum that allows oppressed members of the community to speak out against injustice. Demonstrate professional behavior congruent with the NASW Code of Ethics and apply strategies to effectively identify, address, and resolve ethical conflicts in professional practice.<br />Rationale: For this objective, I chose to use a case presentation I developed regarding a client I was counseling for adolescent anger management. A requirement of the case presentation was that I had to state a problem that I was having and ask my peers for feedback on the issue. The issue pertained to my client’s right to privacy. My client was a adolescent who was brought to anger management by his mother. His mother informed me after the intake that she had caught him stealing and she wanted to know how far it had gone. My client expressed to me a number of things he had stole, but none of that information was to be told to the mother because my client has a right to confidentiality. My question that I posed to the class was, how do I get my client to understand the affects of consequences if I wasn’t permitted to tel]]></description>
